Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels a booking up to 30 days before the rental period begins, cancellation costs of 50% of the total price will be incurred. If the cancellation occurs from 4 weeks to 1 day before the rental period begins, 100% of the total amount will be charged. If our holiday home can be rented out for this period to someone else (even at more favorable conditions), only the difference will be charged. The reasons for cancellation are irrelevant. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., ERV - Europäische Reiseversicherung AG). In case of early termination or no-show, the tenant has no right to compensation for the unused rental period. A solution will always be found.

Getting there
From ARNHEIM, take the A 50 towards APELDOORN.
At ZWOLLE, turn onto the N 50 towards EMMELOORD/KAMPEN.
At the end of the N 50, take the A 6 towards JOURE and then at the roundabout take the A 7 towards SNEEK.
After SNEEK, head towards BOLSWARD until exit number 16 - Makkum/Witmarsum.
At the end of the exit, turn left towards Makkum.
You will receive detailed directions in good time before your arrival.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Wetter spielte natürlich auch mit. Wind geschützte Terrasse. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem . Super schön .

Das Ferienhaus liegt am direkten Zugang zum Iysselmeer. Nur 5 min bis zum langen Sandstrand. Das Haus ist modern ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet.Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
