The spacious living room features a seating area with TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, combination oven, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. The bedroom with 2 single beds has an en suite bathroom with shower and access to the sauna. From the sauna, you have direct access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a single bed and a single loft bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. There is a separate toilet. The terrace is furnished with lovely lounge furniture and a garden fireplace (bring your own wood).

We charge a security deposit of €350.00. You will find this on the invoice that you receive after reservation. This unique holiday home, built in 2019, is situated on the edge of the village Den Hoorn. Next to meadows with sheep, chickens, and other animals. Several restaurants, a supermarket, and a bicycle rental can be found in the village center. It's only 600 meters to the lookout dune Loodsmansduin (+ 16 m NAP), where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the south of Texel.
The vast North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the nature reserves De Geul, De Bollekamer, and De Hors. The estate De Bonte Belevenis is located 1 kilometer away.

1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).
