Schlechte Kommunikation.
Unsauber, schlechter Service, Umständliches Handling.
Unakzeptable Reaktionszeiten.
Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der sich zuständig fühlte.
Im Nachgang nun zähe Diskussionen und wenig Verständnis.
Für uns ist belvilla keine Option mehr und keinerlei Empfehlung wert.
