Cancellation policy
Delay in payment, withdrawal, cancellation and interruption of stay
If the renter defaults on payment, if the renter withdraws from the contract or if the renter cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a new renter who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following prorated rents (less ancillary costs & visitor's tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the spared expenses, in addition to a processing fee of EUR 50, insofar as it is not possible to rent out the property to another lessee :
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The date when the notice is received shall be deemed the effective date.
