Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels their lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the renter is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The renter's cancellation must always be made in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking until six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period until the second week before the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.

Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that can be found here, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
Getting there
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You will need to pick up the key for this house at our office at Boulevard de Wielingen 59.
