Holiday destination
This beautiful villa is located only 2 km from Denia and the harbour. The 17km long sandy beach with its dunes is only 4km away!
The Spanish city of Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, about 100 km from Valencia and Alicante (flights from almost all German airports such as TUI, Ryanair, Norwegian, Lufthansa, Transavia, Condor, etc.), has 2 large ports with over 1000 moorings.
In comparison to most cities in Spain which only have beaches directly in the centre of the village, Denia as an exception has a 17 km long beach, mostly sandy, partly with dunes, this means that in Denia miles of beach walks are possible!
There is a beautiful old town with many restaurants, an old fishing quarter, a market hall, very good shopping options in many boutiques and a large market. Denia is considered to be the city of gastronomy in Spain with around 600 bars and high-quality restaurants even up to 3-star Michelin restaurants. Our guests get detailed restaurant tips. There are also German doctors and a large, new and very good hospital available in case of emergency.
All beaches in Dénia have been awarded international certificates, ISO 9.001 for quality management and ISO 14.001 for environmental management. Every year, most of Dénia's beaches are awarded the Blue Flag, Europe's symbol of a clean beach and a clean water.
Shopping in Denia: Several supermarkets Mercadona and Carefour.
Distances from the holiday home: 1000 m away from bars, 1.500 m to the nearest large supermarket, 2000 m to Denia, 4000 m to the 17 km long sandy beach of Denia.

Mit etwas Abstand kann ich eine Bergung abgeben. Ich bin seit 1984 in der Region unterwegs. Ich kann mit nur festhalten, dass ich in dieser Zeit ganz selten eine angenehmere Location gefunden habe. Dieses Anwesen in landestypischen Stil erbaut ist einfach nur genial. Ich kann euch diesen Ort für total entspannten Urlaub nur empfehlen.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist leider der Kühlschrank in der oberen Wohnung. Leider lässt die Kühlung sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das ist aber jammern auf ganz hohem Niveau .
