Cancellation policy
Upon signing the contract, a deposit of the travel price is due and must be paid to the landlord within 7 days. The deposit will be credited towards the total price. The deposit amount is 30% of the total price, but at least 100 euros. The remaining payment of the travel price must be credited to the landlord's account no later than 6 weeks before arrival. Contract termination is possible at any time but can only occur by mutual consent. In the event of cancellation by the guest, the landlord may demand standardized cancellation fees, taking into account saved expenses and the usually possible re-letting of the property. The following regulations apply: For a cancellation up to the 61st day before the start of occupancy, the cancellation fee is 50 euros, for a cancellation from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price, for a cancellation from the 34th day to the day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price. In case of no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip, the full invoice amount is due and cannot be refunded.

Holiday destination
The idyllic village of Hinterthal is situated at an altitude of 1020 meters, nestled amidst an unspoiled natural landscape with the backdrop of the Steinernes Meer and the Hochkönig. Both in summer and winter, everything a vacationer's heart could desire is on offer: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing in winter, or hiking, mountain biking, hiking in summer. Anyone who gets bored here has only themselves to blame.
Getting there
The best way to arrive is from the north via the A8-A93 exit Oberaudorf towards Kössen, Lofer, Saalfelden, and Maria Alm.
From the south/west via the A12 exit Wörgl Ost towards Lofer, Saalfelden, and Maria Alm.
From the east via the A1 and A10 exit Bischofshofen towards Dienten am Hochkönig and Maria Alm.

we look forward to welcoming you to our cozy and centrally located apartment just 250 m from the Hochmais ski lift and right next to the cross-country ski trail. Check-in is possible between 5 pm and 8 pm, and please check out by 10 am so that we can clean and prepare the apartment for the following guests.
