Our luxury villa is located on one of the most beautiful streets of Fort Myers Beach on Estero Island. Only a few minutes' walk from the kilometer-long, white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Publix supermarket two blocks away. Not far from the National State Park "Lovers Key" where you can experience pure nature. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Host informationWe, Wilma and Manfred live near Frankfurt am Main. In 1992 we spent our first vacation in Florida, at that time a small tour, followed by a beach vacation in Fort Myers Beach. It was by chance that we ended up here at the Hotel Pink Shell at the north tip. It was love at first sight. Casual, endless white, gently sloping beach, safe. From then on we planned at least one vacation at the Pink Shell Resort every year. It became like a second home for us, an optimal compromise between nature, shopping opportunities and infrastructure. We had been toying with a house for a long time. During a stay in 2008 things got more serious and the search for the right property had begun. We quickly realized that Cape Coral or the mainland, although much cheaper, was out of the question, we wanted to be close to the beach. When we visited this house for the first time, we felt a "WOW" feeling when we entered. It should be this object. This "WOW" still tingles when we return to our (dream) house after a while. There are so many great amenities to this property, I am not sure where to start. The decor - The house is stocked with everything you need and it was the cleanest property I have ever encountered. Everything is brand new and they did not leave any amenity out. The pool-It is a beautiful oasis and our family was so happy there was not a screen to take away from the view. So many beautiful palm trees along with very comfortable lounge chairs. The house - Very large and spread out so you do not feel cramped at all. It was my wife and two daughters and we all had our own rooms with bathrooms which was a plus. The kitchen/dining room was very large and great for dinner or lounging for lunch. Their was an extra room that was at least 300sqft to lounge with a very large TV. I wish I had more room to write
