Cycling... a dream, we are located on several different cycling routes. We also offer free cycling maps for the Istria-South region. We have a bicycle rental service For guests with their own bikes, we have a bicycle repair shop.
Holiday destination
The holiday apartment in Villa Colonia is located in Croatia, at the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula, near Pula opposite the Brijuni Islands. Our village Peroj is right on the coast next to the fishing village Fazana. A small supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away. Besides, the village has restaurants, beach bars, and bistros. There is also a boat harbor in the village. For cycling enthusiasts, there are several bike trails nearby, with maps available from us for free.
Getting there
Ideally with a car, you have numerous options to reach many interesting small towns along the coast and inland. Pula Airport (PUY) only 15 km away. Affordable flights available with German Wings from Cologne or Berlin. Numerous car rental services available, including directly at the airport. Bus and train are also possible but less suitable!

Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Herrlicher Meerblick vom Balkon. Die Bilder der Wohnung und Anlage sind echt. Suzana und Pero sind tolle Gastgeber, die einem viele Tipps zur Gegend geben. Ein Vorteil ist, dass sie beide perfekt deutsch sprechen. Die ganze Anlage ist mit Liebe gestaltet. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegen rund um den Pool Schatten und Sonne. Eine Dusche am Pool ist auch vorhanden. Das Auto parkt auf dem abends geschlossenem Grundstück. Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar, aber man kann dort auch kostenlos mit dem Auto parken. In Perjo gibt es Möglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf einzukaufen. Die ganze Anlage ist zu 100% weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße Norman und Daniela
