The booking of the apartment is considered binding as soon as the booking confirmation deposit has been transferred. Cancellation is unpleasant for all parties involved. It's a pity when apartments remain vacant while other guests could not book. Of course, something unexpected can always come up. We kindly ask you to inform us in time.

Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before your holiday start date: 60% of the total price.

Holiday destination
From Partschins and Rabland, you can directly embark on extensive hikes, the villages are nestled between two mountain sides: the Sonnenberg with the Texel cable car and the Nörderberg with the Aschbach cable car. The entire nature park can be circumnavigated along the Merano High Mountain Trail. With numerous peaks over 3000 meters, there are plenty of high mountain tours available. The Spronser Lakes are a very popular excursion destination for experienced hikers. Those who prefer easier hiking trails will also find what they're looking for. Numerous meadow paths, irrigation channel trails, mountain pastures and high-altitude trails, the Partschins waterfall: the landmark of Partschins. The village of Partschins is characterized by idyllic alleys, picturesque manors, farms, castles, and historical buildings, such as the birthplace of Peter Mitterhofer, the inventor of the typewriter.
Partschins is only about 9 km from Merano and also has a very well-developed bicycle path.

Fastest route
Take the Brenner Motorway A22 - Exit at Bolzano Sud, towards Merano (Mebo), continue to Töll, then on to Rabland. After the traffic light in Rabland,
turn right, then at the end of the side road turn left, keep going straight towards the sports center, pass the Texel cable car, continue over the bridge, then immediately after the bridge turn left onto the private road, we are the first house on the right.
Arrival via the country road
From the Reschen Pass towards Merano, in Rabland after the traffic light turn left, then at the end of the side road turn left, keep going straight towards the sports center, pass the Texel cable car, continue over the bridge, then immediately after the bridge turn left onto the private road, we are the first house on the right.
And in the summer this route is also possible
Exit at Vipiteno via the Jaufen Pass, through the Passiria Valley - towards Merano - towards Reschen Pass - Töll - Rabland,
after the traffic light in Rabland
turn right, then at the end of the side road turn left, keep going straight towards the sports center, pass the Texel cable car, continue over the bridge, then immediately after the bridge turn left onto the private road, we are the first house on the right.
By Train
You can comfortably take the train to Rabland. Upon request, we are happy to pick you up from the train station.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und tollen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal, ruhig, nah an den Wanderwegen, das Auto braucht man nicht oft. Pool mit Blick auf die Berge, sehr schön angelegt, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nette Vermieter (vielen Dank für alles), wir würden jederzeit wieder im Sunnhof Urlaub machen.
