Sjohageløo ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Fjordnorwegen. In nicht einmal 5 Minuten erreichen Sie mit dem Auto das Zentrum von Ulvik, der Perle am Hardangerfjord. Von hier ist es nur ein Katzensprung bis nach Eidfjord und weiter zum Vøringsfossen oder zur Bergfarm Kjeåsen. Auch bis nach Flåm und ins Aurlandsdalen ist es nicht weit.
