Cancellation policy
If a cancellation is necessary, we will find a good solution. Please inform us immediately of the cancellation and understand that we have to charge € 25 for our expenses and costs. We understand if your plans change. We will refund the deposit paid less the € 25 up to 3 weeks before the start of the rental.
From 21 days before the start of the rental to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price will be retained.
From 7 days before the start of the rental to 1 day before arrival: 75% of the rental price will be retained.
From day of arrival/earlier departure: No refund.
However, we will always try our best to rent the property again for your rental period. If we succeed, we will reimburse the reduced damage to you proportionately with 75% of the rental income up to a maximum of the payment you have made. The optional services (dog, laundry package) and the spa tax will always be fully refunded in the event of cancellation up to the day of arrival or in the event of no-show.

Host informationWe rent our dream that we have taken over from our aunt directly. The Siedlerhaus was built by your father and we fundamentally redesigned it in spring 2019 with lots of love and commitment for you. Our goal is that you feel as comfortable here as we do and that you have a relaxing holiday.

Wir haben uns in Haus Ille sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt zentral und man kann fußläufig alles erreichen.

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Hunden Anfang Jan. 2023 in der Ferienwohnung mit einem großem, eingezäunten Garten. Die Lage ist prima, wenn man es ruhig haben möchte.
Nur wenige Schritte bis zur City, zum Strand und zum Park. Eine liebevoll modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einem alten Einfamilienhaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Unsere Hunde auch.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und großzügig. Obendrein sind sie sehr hundefreundlich.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Gern kommen wir wieder.
Für 2 Personen mit Hund ist diese Ferienwohnung ideal.
