After the tenant and the landlord sign the rental agreement and receipt of a 25% deposit, the contract is binding for both parties.
Amounts paid can be refunded only within 14 days after credit memo and receipt of a written cancellation.

Die Ferienunterkunft war zu unserer topp Zufriedenheit. Die Betten hatten sehr gute Matratzen und in der Küche fehlte es an nicht . Duschen hatte es genügend und wir fühten uns sehr wohl in dieser Unterkunft . Sehr Empfehlenswert.

Wir waren mega begeistert von dem Ferienhaus, super eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt, wir haben uns einfach nur pudelwohl :) gefühlt. Der tolle Pool war natürlich für die Kinder der Hammer. Und die Betreuung durch Frau Glatz war auch ganz toll. Alles in allem - Hammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
