Cancellation policy
If you cancel the contract, the landlord is entitled to claim reasonable compensation. The amount of the claim is based on the rental price.
If you cancel up to 45 days before the start of the trip, the deposit remains with the landlord (among other things, for the costs of re-renting). Thereafter, 50% of the rental price will be charged up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, and later 80%.
If the holiday home can be rented out to someone else during the contract period, the deposit will be retained. You are free to prove that the damage incurred was less.
The cancellation should be reported as soon as possible by telephone and then in writing.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (deadline for conclusion is 14 days after booking!).
