Our dream property is especially suitable for holidays with children thanks to the large 5 x 10m-pool, which has been used by my guests for swimming competitions or water volleyball.
Because of the pleasant water temperature of 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, the pool is virtually an all-day activity base for children.
Holiday destination
The villa is located in a residence with a fantastic view of the turquoise sea.
The lively seaside resort of Pefkochori is a 10-minute walk away.
Its promenade with its many shops and restaurants can be reached in 20 minutes by foot.
Outside the village there are chic beach bars on exquisite beaches.

You only pay for electricity and water and leave the deposit listed in the advertisement on arrival!

Getting there
By plane to Thessaloniki and then continue on by rental car or taxi.
Flight time from Munich is 2 hours and 10 minutes
Or by car, from Munich to Pefkochori is 1800km. Drive towards Vienna , then to Budapest, then to Belgrade, then to Nis. In Nis, we always stay at the Motel Predejanne and recommend that you book in advance.
The next morning you drive toward Thessaloniki, then to Kassandra Peninsula and then to Pefkochori.
In Pefkochori, drive to the roundabout, then turn right and drive towards the Atrium Hotel. Everybody knows this hotel, so feel free to ask passers-by for extra guidance if needed. Then leave the hotel on the right below and drive further into an S-curve, following a straight stretch of about 150 m. In the following right curve, go left onto a small tarred road into the "sky". Turn left there, then drive down to the entrance to the residence and immediately make a 180-degree turn around in the small cul-de-sac and drive down to the Traumanwesen.
For your orientation, from the Atrium Hotel to the exit left high up in the sky, is about 1 km. If you miss this exit and continue on the main road, after 12 km, you'll find yourself on the other side of the sea of the peninsula! So drive slowly from the Atrium Hotel!

Die Villa ist einfach nur ein Traum.
Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die Villa ist gepflegt und sauber und man kann sich richtig gut erholen. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit und man ist an dem Meer und allen benötigten Sachen. Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht!
Auch das Vermieterpaar ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten uns geholfen beim 1. Einkauf sowie bei sonstigen Angelegenheiten konnten wir sie immer kontaktieren. Was will man den mehr?
Ich persönlich werde diesen Urlaub in sehr positiven Erinnerungen halten und denke, dass ich nicht das letzte mal dort war!

Die Villa ist wirklich wunderbar. Draussen gibt es viel Platz um die Ferien bei einer tollen Aussicht auf Pefkochori, den Strand und das Meer zu geniessen. Der Weg in nach Pefkochori (das nächste Dorf/Stadt) ist für eine Villa dieser Art dennoch vergleichsweise kurz, sodass man auch zu Fuss gehen könnte (Taxis kosten 5 Euro). Pefkochori selbst hat mich ebenfalls positiv überrascht. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Bars und das Einkaufen in den Supermärkten ist bis spät in die Nacht möglich. Neben den Stränden und tollen Beachbars gibt es in der Umgebung auch einige sehr schöne Buchten zu entdecken.
Fast das Beste waren aber wohl unsere Gastgeber. Sie waren jederzeit für uns da und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie haben keinen Aufwand gescheut um unsere Ferien perfekt zu machen, das ist selten.
