Cancellation policy
Should the tenant cancel the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding cleaning and any laundry package) shall be payable as compensation if no other rental is possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 25% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 35 days prior to arrival) 100% of the rental price.

Super Ferienhaus mit eingezäuntem Garten.
Wir waren hier 1 Woche mit unseren beiden Jungs 0 und 2 Jahre sowie unserem Dackel.
Der Garten war ein echtes Highlight.
Im Ferienhaus war alle vorhanden was man braucht und es war sehr sauber.
Der Ort Scharbeutz ist Klasse und der Strand nur wenige Meter entfernt. Für Kinder gibt es fußläufig zudem super Spielplätze.
Alles in allem hatten wir eine richtig gute Zeit. Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieterin, welche sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.

Am Anreisetag wurden wir von der sehr lieben Vermieterin mit einem Getränk und einem Plausch empfangen. So was haben wir tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns und unser Hund meega wohlgefühlt in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist einfach perfekt! Super sauber, gemütlich und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Diese Ruhe.. Das schöne Haus... Der traumhaft schöne Garten... Die nette Nachbarschaft.. Die liebe Vermieterin... Besser kann man einfach nicht Urlaub machen und sich erholen. Wir können uns nicht vorstellen irgendwo anders Urlaub an der Ostsee zu machen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub hier.
