The premium apartment with 3 rooms, where one gladly spends a little longer time, offers plenty of space for 4 to 6 people. It has its own private 170sqm garden with three terraces. Here, not only can one spend relaxing hours in the sun during summer, but also build igloos, snowmen, or snow bars in winter.
Bed linen & towels are included. You park weather-protected in a space in the underground garage, ideally where the winter sports equipment is unstrapped or the bike is dismounted. From the ski cellar (with boot dryer), you take the elevator to the apartment, which is heated by underfloor heating and can be 'comfortably heated' by the fireplace.
Otherwise, the like-new apartment is very appealingly equipped with regards to the bathroom (with tub and shower), fitted kitchen, and floors (oak parquet in the rooms) and is fully furnished.
A separate 2nd WC, 'WiFi without fees', 3 flat-screen TVs, as well as a dishwasher & washing machine comfortably round off the equipment.
Also, two sturdy high chairs and Hauck travel beds with mattresses are available on request at no extra charge.
During the peak seasons, the minimum stay is 7 days. Arrival and departure are generally on Saturday. However, changes may be possible on short notice upon request!
Outside of the peak seasons, the apartment can be rented with just one bedroom upon request, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful benefits of 'appartement-an-der-piste.at' at a more affordable price if you are traveling with 4 or fewer people. Thus, even a vacation with your own garden, fireplace, and open kitchen in the large living room becomes easily feasible for 2 people, with plenty of space to spare.
Groups of up to 16 people who want to sit together both inside & outside at the table can also be accommodated in combination with appartement-an-der-piste.at #2 during all seasons, upon request.

MTB - Downhill / Bikepark Leogang
The family-friendly 4-star Edelweiss apartment is quietly situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Leogang, on the Steinberg piste.
After just 150 meters of skiing across a small meadow, with a view of the 2,634m high Birnhorn, you reach an ideal beginner's slope with a practice lift & ski school at the Kralleralm. From there, with just a few swings, you get to the 10-person Steinberg cable car, opened in 2014, which swiftly and comfortably takes you to the magnificent slopes of Zell am See (new from winter 2019/20) and Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn. The BIKEPARK LEOGANG has also expanded with an additional lift and new trails and is now close to the accommodation. Additionally, there are 9 golf courses within a 50km radius.
Approaching from the north, after entering the town of Leogang – Hütten, you will first pass the Asitz cable cars. After about 1000 meters, turn right at the Steinbergbahn. From the south, you will first pass through the center of Leogang and turn left at the Steinbergbahn.
Then, passing the valley station / Sport Mitterer, continue upwards to the welcome sign of the Hotel Krallerhof. There, continue following the road to the tennis courts.
After another 100 meters, you will reach your destination at the first intersection: Rain 123 + 124! The appartement-an-der-piste.at is located in the building (ground floor right) behind the underground garage entrance.

By transferring the deposit, you accept the rental conditions available at

The reservation becomes valid only after receipt of the deposit. The confirmed rental price applies. Due to the application of the 'small business regulation', no VAT is charged.
Your withdrawal from the accommodation contract is only possible in writing and by paying the following cancellation fees:
- up to 6 weeks before the agreed arrival day: the amount of the deposit of EUR 250,--
- up to 4 weeks: 60% of the rental price; however, at least EUR 250,--
- up to 2 weeks: 80% of the rental price
- up to 1 week: 90% of the rental price
- later than 1 week: 100% of the rental price
The % figures refer to the rental price, i.e., the deposit and fees to be paid upon arrival are excluded. In case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the rental price is payable.
The deposit settlement / refund will be made 7 days after the agreed departure day.
The apartment and 1 parking space are available on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM and on the day of departure until 10:00 AM.
Your payment of the deposit, final cleaning fee, and local taxes is mandatory. Water and electricity in a household amount as well as central heating are included; suitable fuels for the fireplace are not.
Pets and smoking in the apartment are not allowed.
Unless effective agreements to the contrary have been made, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
