The house offers 130m² of living space. This is divided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, an open kitchen with dining and living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a large 55" TV. From the kitchen and the living room, you can access the garden.
On the well-sized 500m² private property, there is a sun terrace adjacent to the living room and a large covered sun terrace at the kitchen exit, where you can find luxurious chill-out furniture with a dining table. Additional garden furniture such as sun loungers and deck chairs are also available.
We have completely renovated our North Sea idyll. This includes not only the painting work but also completely new furnishings. Both daylight bathrooms and the toilet have been renewed. A fireplace and a Finnish sauna have been newly installed. A holiday home of the highest standard awaits you...

At the Beach & Golf Resort, there's a wealth of activities to enjoy. These include tennis, a mini-golf course, bicycle rental, and canoeing, as well as a 9-hole A-status golf course (Par 70) with a covered driving range and golf school. The indoor swimming pool, newly opened in July 2016, two restaurants with terraces, bowling, and an indoor playground further complement the offerings.
