You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing and only takes effect from the date of receipt by Agentur Kohlert. If the object cannot be rented to another party, the following fees will be charged:
from the day of booking and up to 31 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the total rental amount
from 30 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the total rental amount.

Getting there
The direct route to Kellenhusen is the Vogelfluglinie - the A1 towards Puttgarden. With the Lensahn motorway exit, you are already very close to your destination. Your first way will always lead you directly to Agentur Kohlert.
You will receive the keys for the flat and an information package when you arrive at the agency.
Usually, the flats are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. in the high season.

Die Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung . Bei ein paar Kleinigkeiten konnte man das Alter des Wohnhauses erkennen . Würde die Ferienwohnung aber weiterempfehlen .
