Cancellation Policy
In the event of a travel warning, a special right of termination naturally applies.
If the tenant terminates the contract prematurely without naming a substitute tenant
who fulfills the contract under the same conditions,
the following costs are to be paid as compensation.
Cancellation before the start of the rental period
- up to 49 days before the start of the rental:
10% of the rental price
-Â Â Â Â Â up to 35 days before the start of the rental:
30% of the rental price
-Â Â Â Â Â up to 21 days before the start of the rental:
60% of the rental price
-Â Â Â Â Â up to 14 days before the start of the rental:
90% of the rental price
-Â Â Â Â Â later than 14 days before the start of the rental:
100% of the rental price
At the same time, the landlord will also attempt to find a substitute tenant.
The cancellation must be made in writing, and the relevant date is the date of
delivery of the notice of termination to the landlord.
If the tenant terminates their stay prematurely, the entire rental price is due.
We always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
These can be obtained very inexpensively from your insurer or on the internet.

Getting there
Arrival: If you are arriving in your own car, please call us from Valencia, or if you are coming by plane, please call us from the airport once you have picked up your rental car, so we have enough time to be punctually at the agreed meeting point.

In ruhiger Gegend, ein schönes uneinsehbares grosses und gepflegtes Anwesen mit riesigem Pool, der durch die Möglichkeit ihn auf annähernd 30 Grad zu beheizen zum reinsten Wellnesserlebnis wurde. Im Haus ist von der Knoblauchpresse bis hin zur grossen Paellapfanne alles vorhanden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen bestimmt wieder. Dankeschön.
