Cancellation policy
If the cancellation becomes effective
60 - 46 days before the beginning of the renting period 50% of the total price
45 - 31 days before the beginning of the renting period 70% of the total price
30 days or less before the beginning of the rental period 90% of the total price
has to be paid to the owner.
In any case of cancellation of the contract by the tenant the advanced payment of 30% of the price will remain with the owner.

Casa de Fonte is the 2. house in a cul-de-sac located in the village Calcada at the fringe of the small town Sao Bras de Alportel. The town centre is within walking distance and there you will find all important facilities like post office, banks, medicos, tourist information, car- and bike rentals, as well as supermarkets and shops. There are also many little cafes, bars and restaurants for each taste. Sao Bras also has a small market hall where you can get fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meat and bread in the morning.

Nach den durchweg positiven Bewertungen waren wir sehr auf Casa de Fonte gespannt. Vorweg können wir sagen, dass alle positiven Erwartungen erfüllt wurden. Ein perfekt eingerichtetes Haus mit einem großen Gartengrundstück inklusive Pool und Outdoor-Grill ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Restaurants und Bars im Ort sind in knapp 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Strände und weitere Ausflugsziele sind ebenfalls recht schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Unser zweiwöchiger Urlaub wurde durch viel Sonne und natürlich durch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Ehepaar Richter abgerundet. Einfach der perfekte Urlaub!

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Casa de Fonte. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön. Alles wurde neu gemacht und liebevoll dekoriert. In der Unterkunft selbst mangelt es an nichts. Die Ortschaft/nährere Umgebung hat uns jetzt nicht so sehr begeistert, jedoch war alles Nötige (Supermärkte, etc..) sehr schnell erreichbar. Wer sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag nehmen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!
