Cancellation Policy:
Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel your holiday. Cancellations received up to 60 days before the arrival date will not incur any cancellation fees. For later notifications or arrivals, early departures, or no-shows, 30% of the agreed price will be charged up to 40 days prior, and thereafter 100%. The deposit/Caparra is non-refundable. You will receive the same value in the form of a holiday voucher valid for 1 year.
Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Getting there
Dolomiten Residence Sonnleiten is located in Steinegg at an altitude of 850m. The house faces south and offers wonderful views and all the amenities for a relaxing holiday.
Car: Exit at Bolzano Nord and continue north on the SS 12. In Blumau, turn right towards Steinegg (about 5 km). In the town, turn right uphill, and after 200 m you will find your holiday accommodation.
Via the Reschen Pass:
before Merano, take the MEBO to Bolzano Sud, then continue on the motorway to Bolzano Nord. Exit at Bolzano Nord and continue north on the SS 12. In Blumau, turn right towards Steinegg (about 5 km). In the town, turn right uphill, and after 200 m you will find your holiday accommodation.
Train: to Bolzano
Plane: Milan/Bergamo (BGY) and Verona (VRN)

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in Folge bei Andreas und Esther in Steinegg und haben die Zeit wieder sehr genossen.
Familie Mahlknecht, die fantastischen Wohnungen, das Schwimmbad, die Sauna lassen keine Wünsche offen. Bozen, Meran und der Gardasee lohnen sich für einen Tagesausflug. Vor allem aber ist es schön, auf vielen gut gekennzeichneten Wanderwegen und bei Mountainbike Touren die Natur zu geniessen. Abends haben wir den Sternenhimmel bestaunt.

Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts 2 Wohnungen jeweils 1 Woche genutzt, die beide sehr schön waren. Die Wohnung Sonnenadler lässt ausstattungsmässig keine Wünsche offen, nur der Balkon ist etwas klein. Die Wohnung Sonnenparadies hat dagegen einen herrlich großen Balkon, den wir bei dem "heißen Sommerwetter" mit
üder Whirlwanne optimal nutzen konnten.
Andreas und seine Frau waren mit Ratschlägen für Wanderungen oder Mountainbiketouren und sonstige Wünsche immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich.
Allein die Fernseher in den Wohnungen sind etwas mickrig, wenn mal sie denn mal nutzt. Sonst alles gut.
