The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:

Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price
Cancellation 11 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price

Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen!
Das Ferienhaus Möwe ist sehr schön, zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ebenso sauber. Dies gilt auch für den Garten. Dieser ist groß und zweckmäßig angelegt. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was mach braucht. Geschirr ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Der geschmackvoll angelegte Garten ist komplett eingezäunt mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten für sonnige und regnerische Tage. Das Dach über der Terrasse tut hier seine Dienste. Sonnenschirme, Liegen und ein Grill sind vorhanden. Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut. Nur eine kurze Entfernung. Auch für Familien mit Kinder ist das Ferienhaus sehr gut geeignet.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal im Ferienhaus Möwe zu Gast, da wir uns schon beim ersten Besuch dort so wohl gefühlt haben. Und genauso war es auch dieses Mal, so dass wir uns direkt nach Einzug schon angekommen fühlen konnten.
Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Einrichtung und auch an alltäglichen Dingen vermisst man dort nichts. Der Garten ist recht groß und mit den verschiedenen Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten toll angelegt. Dadurch dass er sicher eingezäunt ist, konnte unser kleiner Hund sich ebenfalls dort wohlfühlen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, da man nach einem kleinen Spaziergang direkt schon am Strand ist.
Und der Kontakt zu Erika war wieder sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
