Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs.1 Z.10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply (www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBG). Cancellations and changes made up to 42 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Late cancellations and changes, or no-shows, will be charged 80% of the price of the entire booking. A deposit of 40% of the total booking amount is due at any time after the booking is completed. Once your deposit is received, the apartment is firmly and bindingly reserved.
Please pay the remaining amount in cash on the day of arrival. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

Our apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for visiting various attractions such as the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, Kitzloch Gorge, Eisriesenwelt, or Krimml Waterfalls, as well as for hiking, climbing, or rafting in the summer, snowshoeing, ski touring, or cross-country skiing in the winter - nature lovers and sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth with us.

The access to our house is regularly cleared of snow during the winter months, and grit is spread as needed. Please note that on some winter days you may need snow chains (temporarily)!

Die Wohnung und Küche sind gut ausgestattet und angenehm kühl auch im Hochsommer, man hat einen tollen Blick vom Balkon und kann ruhige Nächte ohne Verkehrslärm genießen.
Die Familie ist sehr nett, Ich hatte mit meinen Freunden einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier.

Die Familie Plaickner weiß worauf es ihren Gästen ankommt. Sie haben einen Ort geschaffen, an dem man sich einfach nur wohl fühlt. Alles super sauber und in keinster Weise abgewohnt. Eine wirklich sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Man wird freundlich und herzlich empfangen, bekommt auch super Tips für Unternehmungen. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön.
