It is composed by two large double bedrooms, one of which can be transformed in a twin bedroom, there is also a single bedroom and a studio with a sceslong for reading and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and faces the dining area that can comfortably sit 6 persons. The living room is equipped with a large sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs. The bathrooms have a shower enclosure and the space as a whole is perfect for a family of 5 or 6 as the sofa can be transformed in a sofa-bed.
The apartment’s windows face the Rio of San Vidal and from the juliet balconies in the living room and in one of the bedrooms you can see the Canal Grande and the Accademia Bridge.

The location is excellent to allow short walks to the Accademia Art Gallery, The Guggenheim Foundation and most of the best restaurants and café in town. Groceries are at 5 min. distance and the connections are easy with the San Samuele and Sant’Angelo stop nearby for Lido beach, Biennale, railway station and Airport.
CHECK IN – You agree to call us before getting on board the “vaporetto” or taxi or Bus Shuttle (Alilaguna) from the airport to inform us that you and your party have arrived in Venice and to confirm the estimated time of arrival to the nearest “Vaporetto” / taxi / Alilaguna stop. A member of the staff of the Red House Company will meet you at the “vaporetto” or Alilaguna/taxi stop nearest to the apartment you have rented and walk you to the apartment to show and explain all its facilities.

You agree that if you decide to cancel your reservation, or part of it, you will be refunded as follows:
– 100% refund if the cancelation occurs 15 days before arrival
– 50% refund if the cancelation occurs between a two weeks and a week before arrival
– no refund if the cancellation occurs within a week from arrival
All bank costs involved will be charged upon you. The refund will be related only to what paid at the moment of the cancellation.
