Cancellation policy
If your holiday cannot take place due to Coronavirus measures such as a closed border and/or negative travel advice to Zeeland, we offer you the flexibility to rebook your holiday to another period. Alternatively, we offer a voucher for the (deposit) amount, so you can look for another period at your convenience.
The total amount of the booking remains the same or is adjusted to the price for that period. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you pay the difference additionally.
For everything else, our General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy remain in effect. You can cancel your booking up to 6 months before the rental starts. In case of withdrawal from the contract between 6 months and 1 month before the rental starts, a fee of 20% is charged. For cancellations within 1 month before the start date, 90% of the rental price is charged. In case of withdrawal on the day the rental starts, the full rental amount is due at 100%.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located at Noordzee Residentie Park De Banjaard on the Zeeland island of Noord-Beveland, right by the North Sea. Due to its unique location—between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde, and the Veerse Meer—it's the perfect base for exploring Zeeland. You'll find culture and history in Zierikzee, Goes, Middelburg, Domburg, and Veere. Nature lovers can explore the area by bike or via the hiking trails. Of course, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports enthusiasts as well.

Host informationAt the beginning of 2019, this villa was completely renovated. A 5th bedroom with a shower has been added. New interior, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit 8 Erwachsenen (im Alter von 36 - 85 Jahre), 2 Kindern und einem Hund in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, das wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Vor allem der großzügige Garten, die super Ausstattung mit der durchdachten Küche und die tolle Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr nett.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen von 25 bis 87 Jahren) anlässlich eines runden Geburtstages in diesem großzügigen Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist top, es fehlt an nichts. Super auch der riesige, komplett eingezäunte Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill und Außenkamin. Unser Hund fand den Garten auch toll.
Der Strand ist schön und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Wir können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
