Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation the Agency can keep: • 40% of total booking price if canceled 2 days after deposit payment, to 60 days prior to the Check-in Date • 50% of total booking price if canceled 60-30 days prior to the Check-in Date • 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date • Guest can cancel for free in 48 hours after paying Booking deposit (fully refund is secured) In the event that the Traveler should request to change the number of persons, the arrival or the end date of a confirmed reservation provided that the change is possible, the Agency will charge only the price difference The eventual price difference will be refunded to the Traveler and the new Booking confirmation will be issued. In the event that the Traveler should request to change the abovementioned from 29 to 2 days before arrival, if the new reservation amount is less than the original reservation amount, the Agency will make a change according to the Travelers request, but the amount of the reservation will not be reduced. In the event that the Traveler requests to change a confirmed accommodation unit to an accommodation unit of a different service provider, the change will be treated as a cancellation and the Cancellation terms stated below will apply. If a reservation change is not possible and the Traveler cancels the confirmed reservation, the Cancellation terms stated below will apply. If the client requests change of the reservation transfer up to 48 hours before arrival, and change is possible, the agency will charge an administrative fee of 15 EUR, and a possible difference in price. Changes less than 48 hours before transfer are not possible. • The guest is obligated to pay the full amount or the balance payment of the total reservation no later than 40 days prior to the beginning date of the service.

Situated in small village Naklice where you can feel the real rural way of life, in very peaceful and unspoiled environment with great mountain landscape with very clear air where local people grow vegetable, fruit and products like honey, jam, olive oil... which you can buy in the neighborhood. You can reach within walking distance a local restaurant Palacio (200m), that offers traditional Dalmatian food in a rural, Mediterranean atmosphere. You are only 7km far from small Mediterranean town Omiš with great restaurants, sand and pebble beach’s with clean and warm Adriatic Sea, historical attractions, also 7 km far from beautiful river Cetina that offers a lot activities like rafting, zip-line, canoeing, free climbing... Famous town Split with great history is only 25 min drive away (18km). Located in the hearth of the middle Dalmatia with great road connection to easily visit Split and Diocletian Palace with great history attractions, Salona Ruins and Klis fortress (Game of Thrones tour).You are located in a very quiet and unspoiled environment, but still very close to all you need for an unforgettable stay. Upon arrival, your host will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants, possibilities to rent a private boat tour and have your unforgettable Adriatic adventure visiting island Brač or Hvar, the possibility to order dinner, to arrange a body massage. Nach einer langen Autofahrt sind wir von Frau Jelena sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns sehr schmackhafte dalmatinische Leckereien. Lieben Dank dafür! Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Fotos! Ausreichend Platz für Alle , das Haus, der Garten, der Pool und der Grill Bereich - TOP! Alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, vom Waschmittel, Spülertabs usw. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen! Es liegt an einem kleinen Bach, morgens hört man die Vögel zwitschern und es liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße . Im Ort sollte man die Konoba besuchen- Das Essen war erstklassig! In Tugare, 5 min Autofahrt, gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, Fleischer, Pizzeria, Frisör, Post... Lieben Dank für ALLES! Familie Dirk Schütte
