Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is located on the edge of a forest in the tranquil town of Latschach at the foot of the Mittagskogel in a dreamlike setting between mountains and lakes, an ideal starting point for walkers, hikers, cyclists, and water sports enthusiasts. Highlights include the Aichwaldsee with free access and the Faaker See, for which you receive complimentary beach passes from us. From our house, our private community beach is about a 7-minute drive away or can be reached via a forest walk in about 40 minutes.
Getting there
Take the Villach junction on the A2, exit at Faaker See or Villach Warmbad, then follow the signs for "Faaker See". Turn left onto B85 towards Kulturhaus.
Due to heavy traffic during the peak season on Saturdays, we recommend scheduling your arrival/departure day on a Sunday and avoiding the A11.

In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden. Ferienwohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Es waren Tische , Stühle und Sonnenliegen auf den Balkonen, sowie auf dem großen Balkon Sonnenschirme. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Der Privatstrand sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmals dorthin fahren. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit schönem Wanderwegen. Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kärnten und kommen wieder!! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Frau de la Gala ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin! Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
