Cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to receive confirmation from the landlord followed by a transfer of 50% of the rental price to the account specified in the rental contract. After payment of the remaining rental amount plus the tourist tax and the deposit four weeks before arrival, the house keys will be handed over about one week before arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation fee of 80.00 euros is always payable.
For a cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period 30% (rental price, excluding additional costs)
- from 30 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period 40%
- from 14 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period 50%
- from 7 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the agreed rental costs as confirmed in writing in the rental contract.

Renesse is a nice, cozy place. Renesse is located on the "peninsula" of Schouwen-Duiveland and is about 70 km from Rotterdam. Schouwen-Duiveland is part of the Zeeland region. Zeeland has the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in all of the Netherlands, and they have been awarded multiple times!
A large, expansive sandy beach, blue, roaring sea, bizarre, high dunes, and cozy beach bars are located about 1 km away.
The town center of Renesse with its numerous shops for shopping and restaurants for dining can be found approximately 1.5 km away. The nearest supermarket with bread rolls, groceries, drinks, and small items is 150m away. There is a bicycle rental about 1 km away. You can reach everything on foot or by bicycle. Extensive bike tours through the dunes or the sprawling network of bike paths invite you to discover surrounding nostalgic villages or the vast nature with its native and rare animals.

Ankommen und sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlen.
Mit Abstand das schönste Ferienhaus was wir jemals gebucht haben. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich direkt wohl. Alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt.
Das Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Dusche ist ein Traum. Auch hier die Liebe zum Detail mit einem Vergrößerungsspiegel, Handseife und Fön.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß.
Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist durch die große Verandatür hell und alles ist sehr schön dekoriert.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Was uns jedoch am aller besten gefallen hat, ist der Garten. Groß, Sonnenseite mit vielen Schattenplätzen. Die Palmen nebst den übrigen Pflanzen sind herrlich anzusehen. Schön ist ebenfalls, dass der Garten von keiner Seite einsehbar ist.
Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder.
