Cancellation policy
If you cancel within 8 days of receiving the booking confirmation and up to 3 months before the rental start date, 25% of the base rent will be charged.
If you cancel within 3 months to 1 month before the rental start date, 50% of the base rent will be charged.
If you cancel within 1 month to 1 week before the rental start date, 75% of the base rent will be charged.
If you cancel less than 1 week before the rental start date or if the rental period has already begun, 100% of the base rent will be charged.
A cancellation fee of €25 will be charged for cancellations. The booking fee of €17.50 is non-refundable.

Host informationOostkapelle Holidays was born out of our family business, which has been active for 3 generations in renting out holiday homes and apartments. My grandmother, Mrs. Mouthaan, started the private rental of holiday homes in Oostkapelle 50 years ago. Her greatest wish was for me, her granddaughter, to continue the business. After my education in tourism and many years of experience in the industry in Zeeland, I took over the house rentals under the name Oostkapelle Holidays.
