Cancellation policy
If the tenant withdraws from the lease, he has to make a flat-rate replacement for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amount:
• In case of cancellation within 60 to 45 days before arrival 20% of the total rental price.
• In case of withdrawal within 50 to 35 days before the rental date, 50% of the total rental price.
• In case of withdrawal from 34 days before arrival or no-show 90% of the total rental price.
Decisive is the time of receipt of the resignation.

Wahlwies is the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful Lake Constance area, because it is surrounded by nature and yet close to countless attractions in the Lake Constance region: lido, natural lakes, swimming, sailing, surfing, shopping, culture, wellness, thermal baths, castles, palaces, museums, star gastronomy, mountain hiking and climbing.
Holiday destination
The apartment is surrounded by gardens and orchards in a quiet cul-de-sac. In the immediate vicinity there is a village shop (organic quality) and a Demeter garden center with fresh fruit and vegetables, a bakery (also open on Sundays), restaurant "Adler", a doctor's office, post office, bank (Volksbank and Sparkasse), 2 large playgrounds, football field.
For the smaller guests: petting zoo of the Demeter farm "Erlenhof" (goats, chickens, donkeys, pot-bellied pigs), 20 minutes on foot.
Getting there
Car: A 98, exit Stockach-West, direction Wahlwies. Follow the main thoroughfare Leonhardstraße, after the "12% gradient sign" turn left into Friedhofstraße, half right into Pestalozzistraße, right into the "Generosus-Kramer-Weg".
Train: From Radolfzell with the "Seehäsle" in 10 minutes directly to Wahlwies (train stop Wahlwies, 7 minutes walk to the apartment).
By plane: Friedrichshafen airport, then by train to Wahlwies.

Wir haben kurzfristig 1 Woche bei Familie Rüffer buchen können, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Die Wohnung sieht genauso schön aus, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir konnten bei sonnigem Wetter sehr viele tolle Radtouren von dort aus unternehmen. Herr Rüffer hat uns auch hierzu Tipps gegeben, welche wir sehr gerne angenommen haben. Auch war das vorliegende Prospekt- und Kartenmaterial in der Wohnung vorzüglich sortiert und uns sehr hilfreich, hierzu ein sehr großes Lob an Herrn Rüffer. Die Echt Bodensee Card und die Bodenseecard West bekamen wir auch für diesen Zeitraum, absolut gut, da wir die Bahnverbindung ab Wahlwies auch prima mit dem Fahrrad nutzen konnten. Der ortsansässige Bäcker war zu Fuß zu erreichen und hatte leckere Brötchen sowie Gebäck. Alles in allem ein prima Urlaub, vielen Dank.

Die Wohnung war die ideale Unterkunft in heißen Tagen am Bodensee. Ein Luftaustauschsystem sorgt für kühle, frische Luft in der Wohnung. Auf der Terrasse war es angenehm, weil sie Schatten bietet. Die Wohnung ist als Kellerwohnung hell und freundlich. Es fehlt ihr an nichts. Das Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett war passend für den Sohn (12 Jahre). Es gibt genug Schrankfläche, so dass wir nicht 2 Wochen aus dem Koffer leben mussten. Ehepaar Rüffer ist freundlich und zugewandt, aber niemals aufdringlich. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann prima abschalten. In der Umgebung sind viele schöne Orte schnell zu erreichen und das kulturelle Angebot ist groß. Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder.
