Cancellation policy
The cancellation notice must be submitted to us in writing (email is sufficient). The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive for the time of cancellation. If you withdraw from the travel contract or do not commence the trip, we must claim compensation for our arrangements and expenses. The amount is based on the rental price of the apartment. If the apartment cannot be re-rented during the cancelled period, the following cancellation fees apply: Up to 80 days before the agreed rental start date 5%, within 79 to 28 days before the agreed rental start date 20%, within 27 to 14 days before the agreed rental start date 75%, within 13 to 0 days before the agreed rental start date as well as for no-show or cancellation after the start of the trip 85% of the rental price. A fee of €25.00 will be charged for processing the cancellation in any case.

book without worry: In the event of a travel warning, designation as a risk area, a ban on accommodation, or a perimeter lockdown for your county or the county of my holiday property during your booking period, I offer you the option to reschedule your trip free of charge to the next year.

Preisleistung der Unterkunft top, alles super sauber, alles da was man braucht.
Man sollte aber erwähnen das die Anreise für Fahranfänger etwas tricky ist da mehrere Kurven bis zum Haus 180 grad haben und eng sind. Dafür aber einen tollen Ausblick haben.

Es waren sehr schöne Tage. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung,sie ist gut ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See.
