Alcanada is a small urbanization in the north of Alcúdia. Many locals have chosen this town as a summer residence. There are some good restaurants and a small grocery shop. The highlight of the area is the 18-hole golf course of Alcanada. The beach is a mix of pebbles, sand and stones. If you prefer find sand, you can go to Puerto de Alcúdia, which is a family friendly area. You can make many excursions and trips in the north of the islands. One of the most beautiful settings is La Victoria, a small chapel overlooking the Mediterranean and the coastline.
