Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to ART. 1382 ZGB: for cancellations up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, we charge 30% of the total amount, up to 10 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 50% of the total amount, thereafter 100% of the total amount.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Mix zwischen alt und neu ist sehr gelungen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt der Kinighof sehr abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man ganz schnell in Oberbozen und von dort mit der Seilbahn innert weniger Minuten mitten in Bozen ohne Parkplatz Suche. Somit ist auch die Lage perfekt. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den Brötchen Service und die gemütliche Gaststube. Ausser am Mittwoch (Ruhetag) kann man wählen, ob man selber kochen oder die wunderbare Küche von Benedikta geniessen will, was wir nur empfehlen können. Trotz intensivem Nachdenken, kommt uns nichts in den Sinn, was besser gemacht werden könnte. Herzlichen Dank!
