The **** apartment is located on a quiet side street just a few metres from the beach. Countless restaurants, cafes and bars can be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The shopping area and promenade with restaurants, cafes and small shops is also nearby. Centrally located, this apartment offers all the amenities that make for a great holiday - despite the fact it's so calm and peaceful. In summer it's a bathing paradise, with wonderful sandy beaches and the woods of the Granitz or take a walk in the spa gardens as well as in the park of the senses on Lake Schmachter.

Positive: The apartment is well located. The living area of the maisonette was ok. Balcony sufficient. Negative: The sleeping area upstairs via a more than narrow spiral staircase to reach. Getting suitcases upstairs almost impossible. The area upstairs with 2 bedrooms with very low ceilings. The beds were very hard. The skylights could only be opened about 20 cm, so no draught was possible. All in all very stuffy there.
Insgesamt sehr beklemmend im Schlafbereich. Wir haben schlecht bis garnicht geschlafen.
Weiterhin stellt sich mir die Frage nach einem Fluchtweg im oberen Bereich falls es unten einen Brand gibt oder Ähnliches
Das nächste mal gerne Binz aber ganz sicher nicht diese Wohnung

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war einfach fantastisch - es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls hervorragend.
Besonders begeistert hat mich der eigene Strandkorb, der zur Ferienwohnung gehörte. Mit Blick auf das Meer war es einfach traumhaft, darin zu sitzen und die Ruhe und Entspannung zu genießen.
Ein großes Lob möchte ich auch dem Vermieter aussprechen. Er war äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Er hat sich ausgezeichnet um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert.
Für mich war es ein perfekter Irlaub. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und danke dem Vermieter herzlich für diese wundervolle Zeit an der Ostsee.
