Cancellation policy
If the customer withdraws, the following conditions apply:
In the event of withdrawal up to the 61st day before the start of occupancy, 50 euros. With a cancellation from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price. In the event of withdrawal from the 34th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price. In the event of no-show or cancellation after the start of the rent, the full invoice amount is due.

For families, there is a very large varity of tourist attractions in and around your holiday home e.g. Snow Dome Bisingen, Ralf Schumacher's Cart Center, Heide Park Soltau, High Rope Garden Schneverdingen, Safari Park Hodenhagen, Vogelpark Walsrode, Wildpark Lüneburger Heide, and the water world HeidjerWohl Bad Schneverdingen.
For shopping we highly recommand the medieval town of Lüneburg and the Designer Outlet Soltau.
Getting there
Motorway A7, exit 43a Schneverdingen-Bispingen. Direction Bispingen. Approx. 300 m after the village sign you will see the property on the right side. Aafter another 100 m use our central entrance.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche im Heidezauber verbracht, alles war perfekt. Das Haus Felsenbirne ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und erhielten einige nützlicheTipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. Fam. Jakobs ist sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht und das wissen wir sehr zu schätzen. Vielen Dank für alles. Zur Heideblüte möchten wir gern wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon.

Das neue, moderne Ferienhaus ist von der Ausstattung her ganz hervorragend, es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt auch über eine Infrarotkabine. Das kleine Häuschen in der sehr weitläufigen Anlage haben wir nicht genutzt, dürfte für Kinder aber eine große Attraktion darstellen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich - wo bekommt man schon Kuchen und Rotwein zur Begrüßung? - und hilfsbereit auch bei Tipps für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung.
Insgesamt eine Top-Adresse!
