Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel the holiday you've booked, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 90 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking amount.
From 89 to 60 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount of your booking.
From 59 to 31 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount of your booking.
From 30 days to the arrival date: 100% of the total amount of your booking.
If short term re-rental is possible after your cancellation, the new rate will be deducted.

Holiday destination
The little village of Colonia Sant Pere has retained its Mallorcan charm: the buildings in Coloniade Sant Pere have only one or two floors. There are no high rises like you see in other tourist centres. A small fishing port, a little marina, just next to the beach protected by a breakwater and waterfront promenade with some restaurants and bars make this a charming, quiet location.
Getting there
You need a car to get to the Casita. Because you reach the casita via a field path, we ask you to make sure that there is sufficient space between the undercarriage and the ground.

Wir hatten das Glück Anfang August 2025 eine Woche in der Casita Pura Vida verbringen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist wunderschön und hat die ideale Größe für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Außenbereich ist sehr schön eingewachsen, so dass man an dem schönen Pool absolute Privatsphäre genießen kann. Zugleich hat man von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich einen tollen Blick über die Bucht von Alcudia.
Man wird vor Ort von Eva und Reinhard begrüßt, die einem die Schlüssel übergeben und bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar sind. Die beiden sind sehr herzlich und tolle Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
