Cancellation policy
The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The following cancellation fees are due in case of withdrawal from the rental contract:
up to the 42nd day before arrival 20% of the rental price (corresponds to the deposit)
up to 16 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
from the 15th day before arrival: 90% of the rental price
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, as this is not included in the rental price.

Holiday destination
Situated directly at the old dike, you can go for wonderful walks straight from the house. The bakery is about 200 m away, as well as the restaurant and bicycle rental, and the indoor swimming pool about 500 m. To the centre of the village you walk about 10 minutes, also to the first beach. Restaurant and bakery just around the corner.

Wir waren spontan für ein paar Tage in Hooksiel und habe in dieser Ferienwohnung übernachtet. Es war sauber , modern eingerichtet und gut aufgeteilt. Die Lage ist super zentral aber dennoch ruhig.

Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
