If you cancel up to 21 days prior to your stay, you receive a credit note in the amount of the deposit you have made, which is redeemable for a stay with us within the following two years. In case of a short-term cancellation, the cancellation fee is staggered as follows: From 21 days prior to planned arrival: the deposit will be retained, from 14 days prior to planned arrival: 50 % of the total booking value, from 7 days prior to planned arrival or in case of a no-show or early departure: 100 % of the total booking value
