There is a wide range of leisure activities in and around Salzburg: Theatre, opera, drama, art exhibitions, galleries, museums and churches, if you are particularily interested in cultural highlights. But neither do you have to look far to find oportunities for sports activites: cycling, skating, swimming golfing, riding, etc.
Holiday destination
Apartment 'Domblick' is situated at the foot of the Moenchsberg, only a few minutes from the Salzach Promenade. What may be more important for some of you: It is only a few steps to the famous Augustiner Brewery with its excellent beer and its wonderful beergarden. To Getreidegasse and the festival hall it is less than a 10 munites walk and most of Salzburg's attractions like Mozart's birthplace, the Theater, the Mirabell Park etc. can easily reached on foot. There are also very good bus connections to Palace Hellbrunn, the Untersberg with its cable car, the Football Stadium and huge shopping centres by the motorway so that you can easily get by without a car. For the daily shopping there are numerous little shops in the vicinity.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in Salzburg . It is beautifully furnished and well equipped . Everything is so well looked after and high quality ! The beds were comfy and the Quilts snuggly .We felt spoilt .Perfectly situated, with only a 10 minute stroll from the Old Town on the promenade along the river Salzach . Could not fault it and will recommend everyone to visit beautiful Salzburg and use this apartment to relax in after a days sightseeing .

The absence of ratings for this property is surprising. The apartment is spacious, clean, well located, excellent value and, in a word, luxurious. We were made to feel very welcome at check in, and check out was as simple as locking the doors and leaving the keys in the letter box. An easy, scenic 20 minute walk from central train station, but public transport is also available, both bus and train. For train (the better option with luggage) take the regional Salzburg to Freilassing line and alight at Salzburg Mulln-Alstatd (first stop). An easy, level walk of about 150 metres will see you at the apartment entrance.
Will have no hesitation in staying again when next in Salzburg.
