Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement, the following fees will be charged:
a) up to 61 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental amount
b) less than 61 days before the start of the rental period = 100% of the rental amount.
However, if a replacement tenant is found for a) or b) who takes over the rental contract on a 1 to 1 basis, a fee of €60.00 will be charged and any excess amount paid will be refunded.
