Cancellation policy
BOOKING CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown below.
• More than 45 days before arrival date = 30% of the booking price.
• 45 to 5 days before arrival date = 95% of the booking price.
• Less than 5 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Holiday destination
The beach of La Praia is just 15 minutes walk; from here you could get on boats to Capri or hire a water taxi to the nearby beaches. From twilight the seashore is full of sparking light creating a spectacular and romantic atmosphere; the typical restaurants, the busy bars and the gorgeous Africana night club grottos will be the magical frame that will tempt you each night during your stay in Praiano.
La Praia beach can be reached by steps or by the Flavio Gioia shuttle bus service that loops Praiano and Positano. This bus service runs during most part of the year and connects Praiano with the centre of Positano until late at night. The main bus stop of Sita is at 10 minute walk.
Getting there
The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
