Cancellation policy
The following cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations:
- Cancellations made up to 50 days before the arrival date: 20% of the total rental price
- Cancellations made 49-30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total rental price
- Cancellations made from 29 days before the arrival date: 80% of the total rental price
In the event of a cancellation caused by a ban on accommodation following a federal/state decision (pandemics, etc.), no cancellation fees will be charged, except for a processing fee of €50.00. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Holiday destination
Casa Romantica is the perfect starting point for numerous cycling and mountain tours in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can ski in Halblech, on the Tegelberg, in Pfonten or in Oberjoch - they're all perfect ski areas for families. The Lechbruck reservoir is less than five minutes' walk away. There's an even more beautiful bathing lake just ten minutes away right on the edge of the forest. It enjoys an idyllic location and is suitable for safe bathing.
Getting there
If you're coming from Baden-Württemberg or West Germany, for example:
Drive along the A7 Ulm-Füssen motorway, take the Nesselwang exit, head towards Nesselwang, then travel in the direction of Seeg, Roßhaupten, Lechbruck. When you get there, turn right towards the Via Claudia holiday village.
If you're coming from northern Bavaria or from the Munich area, drive via Augsburg towards Füssen along the B 17 federal road (which has four lanes in places). When you reach Steingaden, turn towards Lechbruck and you'll see our holiday home on the north bank of the Lechbruck reservoir.
