Cancellation policy
You can cancel your trip at any time before the start of your trip. This means that the landlord loses the right to the agreed rental price. However, a flat-rate compensation fee is due. In your own interest, we recommend that you declare your cancellation in writing. The decisive factor for the time of cancellation and the amount of the flat-rate compensation is the receipt of the cancellation notice by IMMOBILIENDIENST Susann Skibbe.
The compensation is:
up to 71 days before arrival 15%, but at least EUR 50.00
from the 70th day before arrival 25%
from the 50th day before arrival 50%
from the 40th day before arrival 80%
from the 4th day before arrival to the day of arrival or in the event of a no-show 90% of the rental price - each rounded up to the nearest EUR.
The agency fee is non-refundable.

Holiday destination
The seaside resort of Zempin is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom. Vacationers can enjoy wonderful natural beauty.
Zempin is preferred by vacationers who want to relax in close contact with nature. White, stone-free sand and quiet
forest hiking trails invite you to go. Surfing, sailing and fishing are possible on both the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.
The property with the two vacation apartments is located directly on the Achterwasser.
The distance to the beach is about 1 km.
Getting there
By car from Berlin:
Take the A 11 towards Stettin, then continue on the A 20 to Gützkow and from there on the B 111 via Wolgast, Zinnowitz to Zempin.
By car from Hamburg:
Take the A 20 to Gützkow and from there on the B 111 via Wolgast, Zinnowitz to Zempin.
By train:
The train goes to Züssow. There you change to the Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB), which then goes via Wolgast to Zempin.

Wir reisen 3 bis 4 mal im Jahr und meistens buchen wir Ferienwohnungen. Solch eine dreckige Wohnung haben wir noch nicht gesehen. Dazu noch die Ignoranz der Inhaber! Da kann die unbestritten gute Lage nichts retten.
Auf gar keinen Fall buchen!

Wir haben ein erholsame Woche in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten, komplett ausgestatteten Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Achterwassser verbracht, liebevoll betreut von den Eigentümern. Zempin ist ein ruhiger Fischerort und durch seine zentrale Lage der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen zu den vielen Highlights der Insel Usedom. Wir haben uns vorgenommen, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen.
