Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the reservation fee due, the following cancellation fees apply:
- In the event of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
- In the event of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
- In the event of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
- In the event of cancellation on the arrival day: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Detached bungalow Zeewier in a quiet location in the small family park De Toes, with about 20 houses, on the edge of the characteristic village Oosterend. Within 1 kilometer, there are several restaurants, a supermarket, a butcher, and a bicycle rental. The Eendenkooi van Spang is just a 15-minute bike ride away. The animal park Texel Zoo is 2.4 kilometers away. World Heritage Wadden Sea and the mill of Het Noorden are in the vicinity.

Stilvoll renoviertes, komfortables Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht: 2 neue Bäder, 1 großes und 2 kleine Schlafzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, einen gemütlichen Wohnraum und einen schönen Garten. Die Lage war ideal, schnell zum Einkaufen oder zum Essen zu Fuß nach Oosterend, und schnell überall auf der Insel. Wir haben die Ruhe (außer Vogelgezwitscher) morgens beim Frühstück im Garten und abends nach unseren Ausflügen sehr genossen. Mitten in der Natur, abseits vom Trubel , und doch schnell mittendrin. Absolute Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft und ein Dankeschön an den Vermieter. Jederzeit wieder
