Cancellation policy
"Prepayment amount" = 20% (of the total rent price) must be paid in order to confirm the booking.
Cancel free of charge for any reason, up to 61 days before arrival. (valid for all bookings made from 05.02.2021)
If you cancel 36 to 60 days before arrival, you will get a refund of 1/4 of the "prepayment amount".
If you cancel 35 days (and less) before arrival, "prepayment amount" is not refundable.
COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION
Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions:
- closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in case that during the Guest’s vacation stay at our rental property, the Guest’s home country applies mandatory self-isolation, as an official obligation, for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host can approve a refund for unused overnight stays, or he can offer a voucher for unused overnight stays to be used in season 2022 (it’s host’s choice on what option will be offered)

Holiday destination
Villa is located in a quiet tourist part of Medulin overlooking the quiet neighborhood. Pula Airport is located 8.3 km from the house. It is 900 m away from the sea, 1.1 km from the first beach. The first restaurant and marketplace are 300 meters away from the property. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Pula. The neighborhood is very peaceful, "tourist" and ideal for families with children who need a vacation without stress.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Elodie sehr genossen und würden sie sofort wieder buchen! Das Haus ist wunderschön und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos - die Raumaufteilung und der Außenbereich waren perfekt für uns. Auch die Lage (am Ortsrand, aber trotzdem fußläufiger Entfernung vom Zentrum) hat uns begeistert.
