Cancellation policy
The tenant is entitled to cancel or terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the following points.
a. Cancellation or termination must be made in writing and sent by registered mail, addressed to Schoonzicht Holiday.
b. If a cancellation occurs within 8 days after reservation, the option right will be exercised.
c. If cancellation occurs after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the basic rent will be charged. If cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the basic rent will be charged. If cancellation occurs within a period of one month to one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the basic rent will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than one week before the start of the rental period, the full basic rent will be charged. Administration costs will be charged at any time in the event of a cancellation.
d. Upon receipt of the tenant's cancellation, the landlord will issue a cancellation invoice in accordance with the above regulations. Any money already paid will be settled according to the content of the cancellation invoice. Amounts in favor of the tenant will be transferred to their account.
