If a booking is canceled, the following cancellation charges shall apply:
• 30% of the total amount of booking in case of cancellation from the day of booking up to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period;
• 100% of the total amount of booking in case of cancellation 30 days before the beginning of the rental period;
• 100% for no-show
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, Istra Expert retains 10% as handling fee.

Von Anfang an einfach ein super entspannter Urlaub. Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien,und werden auf alle Fälle auch wieder kommen. Die offene herzliche Weise wie wir empfangen wurden, hat den Urlaubsbeginn schon gut anfangen lassen. Auch das Apartment war sehr schön.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und hätten uns keine bessere Lage vorstellen können. Porec und Rovinj liegen praktisch um die Ecke und bis Pula hat eine gute Stunde Fahrt. Die Wohung sieht genauso aus wie die Bilder es zeigen und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus und sind super lieb. Wir wurden mit Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt, super lecker, und zum Abschluss gab noch eine kleine Erinnerung für die Kinder und uns Eltern. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden wiederkommen.
