Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, excluding the final cleaning and taking into account the saved expenses: for cancellation up to 59 days before the start of the rental period: - 30% of the rental sum, up to 49 days – 40%, up to 39 days – 60%, up to 29 days – 90%, later than 29 days – 100% of the rental sum. Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to rent the property to someone else. If the renter terminates the stay early, there will be no refund of the rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing.

Hallo Frau Postel , Auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns für den hervorragenden Aufenthalt in der Villa Luca Bedanken. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur klasse. Die Umgebung ist uns durch früher reisen und immer eine Reise wert . mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Reinhard Pfeifer.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super nette Vermieter, jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, auch der Pool und drumherum wird täglich gereinigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kann man mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
