This brand-new holiday house is located in the silent neighbourhood Cocaletto and you can reach the quaint old town Rovinj in just a few minutes. The beach at Camp Vestar is also only few minutes from the house and you can go there by car or by bike. You are living in a nice and well-kept green area. The next restaurant is easy to reach on foot. There is a large park with a playground, a football ground and a tennis court at a distance of about 50 m.
